FAST COMMUNICATION

Answer quickly the booking requests of travellers and all messages. It makes the service more reliable and you will get more booking confirmations.


BEFORE THE TOUR

Discuss all the details with the visitors: who they are, what they would like to do and see, how many people will come, where to meet...Remind them also what is included or not in your offer. The more information you will share before the tour the more smooth and easy it will run.


BE YOURSELF

The main objective is to spend a good time with your guests and make them excited and happy. Visitors will choose you for what you will offer them but also for what you are, your personality and your interests.


THE DAY OF THE TOUR

Be on time at the meeting point. Make sure you are well rested and in a good fit to welcome your visitors and enjoy this time with them.


CANCELLATION

Explain clearly to visitors your cancellation policy before the booking. Visitors can come from far and they rely on you. Do not disappoint them with last minute cancellations.

As the service is free without online payment and we need to guarantee a reliable and trustful service for both travellers and locals, we reserve the right to limit your access of our service if we notice too much last minute cancellations or no shows.
